I like the rich, subtle colors and the strong shadows in this painting, Randy. Sumac is one of my personal favorites during the fall display...they are all over the hillsides where I live.

Beautiful, this is the first time I have ever seen such a beautiful artwork of a sumac, we DO have it here in New England, however it has never captivated me so much as this painting. I will see it with new eyes through knowing this art now. F/L

Beautiful deep color here Randy. Actually takes me back to childhood where a number of these plants grew on the farm I roamed and owned by my grandparents.

Randy, I just love this portrait of russet sumac blossoms and foliage! I have quite a few such trees in my yard, which have, on occasion, produced red blossoms and sometimes white. This is a stunning work of art, so beautifully presented! l/f
