Approaching Storm

Rand Burns
Medium
Painting - Acrylic On Canvas
Description
The green glow prior to a storm brings a certain stillness. Not a leaf moves, not a bird flies and no insect can be seen. The glow of a wheat field pulls our eyes down the long country highway toward billowing storm clouds.

Has it all Randy. The calm before is always something that holds such promise to me. I love to watch storms and in another life I may have been a storm chaser. Or maybe the next...who knows. Great painting my friend.
