Very beautiful painting and meaningful message that spoke to me today, Randy! After failing to rescue one of my gentle pigeons that I feed from the claws of a hungry hawk, I realized that I climbed that "rickety ladder" wearing the wrong pair of shoes and took a tumble down the basement stairs... Although bruised and hobbling, I broke no bones and will never give up... L/F
Rand Burns replied:
Hazel, wow, I am glad you are ok. What a story. You did relate to this painting. Thank God you are safe. Take care of yourself. Never give up. Thank you for sharing your story and for the F/L.
Nancy Griswold
Randy the rickety ladder here really makes me smile, it makes me think of how precarious and uncertain life itself has been with all the changes over the last 60 plus years I have experienced. The brilliant moon itself reminds me of the only "constant" I can count on. Love the message here, thank you for painting this, a great work of art to see this morning reminding me to carry on and stay the course. Wonderful work Randy F/L
Rand Burns replied:
Yes, Nancy, carry on and stay on course and know that God is with us every step of the way. I love your words about His night light being a constant. Have a good day my friend. Stay steady on the rickety ladder of life. We know. I appreciate the F/L always.
Karen Nicholson

Would never be one to climb that rickety ladder, Randy, but have to have respect for one who would do so for the purpose given! Great imagery/great message! L/F
