Drifting and swaying to the breeze, colorful balloons float toward the eternally moving heavens above. Having lost the majority of my beloved family, I dedicate this painting to them.

The concept and meaning of this symbolic painting is so touching and moving Randy!! you have touched a sensitive subject that most of us know the feeling and had the experience. i just love how you expressed your idea so beautifully. i can see Light being reflected (blessed) on each of those individual balloons. i see they have the perspective to see and understand what was below. i see they have the freedom to travel to anywhere they wish, free of pain or burden. yet all of them seems to drift towards the poles of crosses before they reach the heavenly sky. as if they are telling me that yes their physical bodies is gone, but their love and spirit will always stick around. what a wonderful and loving tribute to your beloved family my friend. i love this emotive work!! Sharing!! L/F/FB
Rand Burns replied:
Orlando, thank you for your beautiful comment on this tribute to my family. It has been a rough road and still is. Only with God's help has it been possible. All the best to you my friend and thanking you kindly for the F/L/FB on this work.
