So in the mood for your Mexican works tonight, These are all such marvelous and colorful worksI FAV/L I just made "sopes" tonight and tomorrow will fill them, I see the couples at a table in your painting and imagine the hundreds of Mexican dishes I savored with my partner. He was a much better cook as he always made dishes from fresh produce at the market. Guacamole and tomatillo (green), tomatoes (red) sour creme or fresca cheese (white) makes a filled "sope" look like a mexican flag.
