Such a nice memory you have shared, although I wish you had some water with you. I think paintings are always so much more that just paintings, they hold our history, our souls and life's moments, our interpretations and perceptions, and our connections and connection to nature too (which I feel when looking at this painting). This is such a lovely place to have shared time with your dad, Randy; what special memories you have! My dad used to take me with him to use the mimeograph machine at his office when I was very young (4 or 5). I was amazed watching a blank piece of paper adhere to the drum on one side and have something on it when it came off the drum. Years later, he gave me a camera after high school. Put the two together, and you get what I do, although not on a mimeograph machine! Thanks for sharing the memory of this place, Randy! L/F
